Can ball bearings withstand frequent high-speed rotation and continuous workload?

Posted by Admin

Ball bearings, also known as ball bearings, have spherical rolling elements and spherical raceways. This structure gives ball bearings the advantages of flexible rotation, low frictional resistance, and high maximum speed. Therefore, ball bearings perform well in situations where high speed, low load, and high rotational accuracy are required, such as precision machine tool spindles and high-speed motors. In these applications, ball bearings can frequently rotate at high speeds and maintain stable performance.
Meanwhile, ball bearings also have a certain load-bearing capacity, although their load-bearing capacity may be lower compared to some other types of bearings such as cylindrical roller bearings. However, in many applications, the load-bearing capacity of ball bearings is already sufficient to meet the requirements. In addition, ball bearings require high installation accuracy. If installed properly and with proper lubrication and maintenance, they can withstand continuous workloads and maintain a long service life.
